IRIS COVE POLICIES
Responsibility
All Guests of Iris Cove Villa agree to be responsible for the cost of your reservation and any additional goods or services purchased during your stay.
You agree to be responsible for the cost of any damage to the property during your stay. A $100.00 USD security deposit hold will be placed on all reservations to be immediately released upon departure absent any damages.
Check-In
Check-In is available between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. daily.
Guests must confirm an estimated arrival time with the Iris Cove Villa Property Manager within three (3) days of your scheduled arrival so we can assure
someone is present for your arrival. Late arrivals require special accommodation.
If you anticipate a late arrival (after 6 p.m.), please advise the Property Manager immediately.
Check-Out
Check-Out time is 10 a.m.
Late Check Outs carry an additional $25.00 USD Fee.
Late Check Outs are by request with Iris Cove Management and may be granted up to 2:00 p.m. based on availability
The Check Out Process has two simple steps:
1) Return your Key in person to the Property Manager.
2) Complete cash payment for any tabs, late check out fee or any services that apply to your stay.
Property Guidelines
Villa guests utilizing the kitchen are expected to thoroughly clean the kitchen after each use and properly maintain and store all materials.
All staff and guests are required to wash and sanitize their hands regularly.
HOUSEKEEPING
Villa Housekeeping Services are provided on alternate days following check-in.
Daily Housekeeping is available upon request only. Let the Property Manager know any day during your stay if you would like daily housekeeping service. There is a minimal charge. Guests are required to provide access in order for housekeeping services to be performed.
Special arrangements will be made for long-term stays of 7 nights or more.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside any area of the house or on the pool deck for the comfort of all. Smoking is strictly limited to the front garden area. A seating area is provided outside for smoking. A $250.00 USD cleaning fee will be assessed in the event of noncompliance.

VISITORS
We observe a strict GUEST ONLY policy on the property. Please inform Management if you have any Family or friends picking you up or dropping you off that need to be let in. Only guests registered at the time of booking are included in your reservation and permitted on the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate termination of the stay and forfeiture of funds.
EVENTS ON PROPERTY
No social events, gatherings, or parties are permitted to be held on property, other than those activities involving registered villa guests. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate termination of the stay and forfeiture of funds.
LOST OR STOLEN KEYS
Contact the Property Manager right away if you have lost your key. Lost keys or those taken (i.e., not returned at check-out) carry a $40.00 USD replacement fee, as the entire lock will be required to be replaced.
The $40.00 USD fee will be added to your final bill, and we will charge your credit card on file for this after your check out.
Payment Policy
Taxes+ Fees: 10% Sales Tax is added to all reservations.
All reservations require a credit card on file with each reservation. All reservations are to be prepaid in full at the time of booking.
Full refund will be given for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
The full booking amount is due to finalize every reservation. To make payment by VISA or Mastercard, guests will be prompted to send their payment securely with our online processor.
Unpaid reservations are not finalized and can be notified of cancellation.
Alternate Payment Options: CASH Payment Upon Arrival is available upon request at time of booking; however, your credit card will serve as a guarantee until completion of the cash transaction upon arrival. To make a CASH Payment simply add "Paying Cash" to "Additional Information" or 'Preferences' in your booking form.
You are responsible for the full cost of your booking in the case that you do not show up or have to cancel your stay within 24 hours of arrival date.

A one-time courtesy re-scheduling of your reservation will be offered, subject to space availability.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult (s). However, it is the
responsibility of the accompanying adult(s) to care for and watch over the children
at all times.
PET
The property has a strict no-pet policy.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities for excellent service by staff are welcome and appreciated. Any renumerations should be paid directly to staff.
