Iris Cove is a gated property. Private parking, complimentary Wi-Fi service, cable and Alexa are available.
The entire Villa may be booked, or the Upper and Lower Levels may be booked separately.
The Upper Level offers:
A large, air conditioned Master Bedroom with ensuite; two other air conditioned bedrooms—one with twin beds; the other with a full bed—with a shared hall bathroom.
Large living and dining room area with a 50” flat screen TV.
Full kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and seating. The kitchen is fully supplied with cooking and eating utensils.
Washer and dryer.
Large furnished balcony (dining and lounging) to enjoy fabulous sunsets.
The Lower Level offers:
A large, well appointed efficiency suite which includes: air conditioning; a queen size bedroom area; modern bathroom with rain head shower; sitting space with 50-inch flat screen tv; indoor dining space; modern stainless and marble kitchenette with sink, refrigerator microwave, toaster; a full-size washer and dryer; and large furnished private veranda with direct access to the pool deck.
OTHER PROPERTY FEATURES AND AMENITIES
Iris Cove Villa is a smoke-free property. The villa features a pool with deck chairs and umbrellas; an outdoor shower station; a lighted garden seating area (which is the only location where smoking is permitted); a pergola for outdoor grilling assisted by staff; quality hair and shower products; hairdryers; daily staff on property from (8:00a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) to provide housekeeping and other services. With the exception of personal laundry, all housekeeping services are included in the booking fee.
Round trip airport transfers by a private, licensed,
air-conditioned vehicle can be scheduled at booking.
A variety of games are available for use while on property—Dominoes,Scrabble, Backgammon, Uno, and Cornhole.
For parents traveling with small children, an inflatable bounce house,playpen/crib, and dining chair are available.
